New Penthouse Suite Launched In The Dolomites

Launching ahead of the ski season, this month sees the introduction of a new penthouse at the luxury eco spa resort, Lefay Resort & SPA Dolomiti, situated in a UNESCO World Heritage site in the Italian Dolomites, within the Madonna di Campiglio ski region. The 291sqm suite features a master bedroom with steam sauna Jacuzzi and an electric fireplace for cosy winter evenings.  Two further double bedrooms, a large living room with fireplace, bar, bio sauna and an open kitchen with island, are all perfectly designed to allow families to holiday together.

Consistent with the resort’s connection to nature, blending the inside and out, the Penthouse features a large private terrace with sun lounges and whirlpool and floor to ceiling windows throughout providing wide mountain and valley views.

The suite has a dedicated SPA menu for in-room spa treatments and a SPA kit with bag, bath robe and flip flops, together with a complimentary mini bar with Illy coffee machine and selection of herbal infusions, selection of exclusive fine wines from the region (at an extra charge) and a daily plate of fresh fruit.

With sustainability a core value of the resort, the Penthouse is equipped with bio-climatisation and has been designed using natural fabrics and local materials including stone and wood and simple finishing touches with muted tones.  Lefay Resorts & Spa Dolomiti sits within the biggest ski area in Trentino and features a 5000sqm spa, one of the largest in the Alps.

Highlights of the resort include a whole floor dedicated to treatments and rituals with more than 20 treatment rooms a pool area featuring a swim in/swim out pool that is heated all year round, an adult zone with indoor pool and innovative Energy Therapeutic World that is composed of 5 areas with different tyes of sauna, steam rooms, ice plunge pool and salt ‘lake’ for relaxing floatation.

The Madonna di Campiglio ski region opens around 8th December and a single ski pass access to 150km of slpoes ideal for skier of all levels and four snowboard parks.  The ski lift is just 5 minutes from the resort and a complimentary shuttle bus runs between the resorts and the lifts.  The resort also has an on-site ski shop and ski room with a full range of ski equipment and the facility to book guides, lessons and passes.

A stay in the Penthouse costs from Euros 2,620 per night in low season with breakfast.  A stay during peak season cost Euros 6,890 per night with breakfast included.
