Exclusively developed for Lefay Resorts in collaboration with medical professionals, sound engineers, and wellness experts, this pioneering therapy integrates specially composed music frequencies with spa treatments to harmonise the body’s natural rhythms. The result is a deeper sense of relaxation, stress reduction, and a more balanced emotional equilibrium.
Rooted in the ancient principles of Classical Chinese Medicine and supported by contemporary science, Vibrational Music Therapy harnesses the healing potential of sound. Scientific advancements in bioengineering and quantum physics now confirm what ancient wisdom long understood: frequencies and vibrations profoundly influence our physical and emotional health.
At the heart of this innovation is a proprietary composition, created uniquely for Lefay SPA, using precise Hertz frequencies – specifically, multiples of 8 Hz, echoing the frequency of the Earth.
