The Italian luxury wellness group, Lefay Resorts & Residences is expanding its portfolio of residences with five brand new Villas at Lefay Resort & SPA Lago di Garda. The Resort opened in 2008 and was the first in the collection, situated high above the village of Gargnano on the shores of Lake Garda. The Villas are located high up close to the multi award-winning Resort, in an 11-hectare natural park and thanks to their prime position, each of them has a spectacular view overlooking the lake.
After first launching Residences in 2018 at Lefay Resort & SPA Dolomiti, and successfully selling all 21 units, the Group is now introducing the new exclusive Sky Pool Villas at Lefay Resort & SPA Lago di Garda. Completely new for the Lake Garda real estate scene, Lefay’s luxury branded and fully serviced Villas represent a unique property model in the region. Sales are officially open and the Villas, which are currently under construction, will be delivered by summer 2025.

Owners will be able to enjoy the Resort’s five-star luxury services, indulge in the Resort’s 4,300 sqm SPA, with pools and fitness centre open 24hours. In addition, they will have access to the restaurants, all lounges and common areas. On top of this comes the privilege of a dedicated concierge service. À la carte services such as SPA treatments, room service, babysitting or laundry are also available with exclusive benefits. The Villas will be included in the Rental Programme, a solution that makes them available to the Resort when not in use, thereby generating a return on the sales revenue.
